  1. FIRST CHK ALL  CAPSITOR NEAR PF
  2. REMOVE THIS COIL AND CHK AGAIN COMP REMAIN(REMOVING THE COIL CAUSE  NO NETWORK  )
  3. AFTER REMOVING THE COIL PROBLEM SOLVED THEN   N 1002 IC
