This problem due to the battery temperature controlling circuit error ,out put resistor and power IC

The final solution for this is to reheat, rework the main IC component. Be sure to check the line paths of corresponding solder ball bumps of the IC component which holds the earpiece or the  ringer loud speaker, after reballing it and in placing it back.

Just be careful and have a good heat temperature and air flow control using you reworking station in handling the main IC module.
